I'm ordering new wheels at the end of the month (when I get paid). I'm getting 17x7.5 wheels and the offset is +42mm. Is this going to be ok? Or should I get wheel spacers, and what size?

 

I bought some wheels recently and chose one with a 35mm offset to have the tire more flush with the outside of the wheelwell. You can do the same thing with spacers but if you can find a wheel with a lower offset it acomplishes the same thing and you don't have to spend the money on the spacers.
