High Revving when cranked

High Revving when cranked
I was wondering if anyone has been experiencing a high revving problem on the 2003's when they are first cranked? I have read the posts in the website and they all tend to lead to the same problem, the camshaft gears? is this actually the problem? I need your help because my car is almost out of warranty and I would really like to get it fixed under warranty so that it doesn't cost anything. if there are any bulletin numbers on this, if you could give them to me i would greatly appreciate it. thanks from a new member! by the way, mine is 2003 se, gray lustre with the automatic, even with the automatic, this car rocks!

Check for TSB engine rattle, sound like watcha got. Should be warrantied up to 60,000.
