I have a Cattman/Progress RSB. $110 shipped. Great price, relatively easy install, works just fine.

The others are:

A) Addco - about $130. Almost the same design as the Cattman/Progress bar.
2) Stillen - About $240. Different design as the other two, but same effect. Some say it installs easier than the others, but that's subjective, I think.

Whichever you get, you'll get the same effect, so it really all comes down to price.

Peace.

Progress and ADDCO will rub the rear brake lines. I think the Stillen has more clearance.

How does the Stillen assembly look FROM THE REAR???

I think my Progress Bar looks a bit hideous when viewed from behind -- it sticks-out (hangs-down) so far...!!

Does the stillen look any more stealthy than the others???

This may be the better value if so --

I think my Max looks like a 1975 Chevy Impala from the back with this thing on!

help me out steve......

I think the RSB looks good being visible. The Stillen is just about the same.

The Stillen is extremely stealthy. That was also one of the main reasons I switched to the Stillen. It's powedercoat grey and all you see from behind is the bar. You wont see the brackets or nuts like the Addco/progress. IMO it was worth the extra $100 for the Stillen.

As Steve said the Stillen is grey as is my Progress.

I would buy the Stillen for the front (trailing arm)brackets if not anything else. The Progress/ADDCO has a $hitty design.

After seeing the Stillen RSB uninstalled and installed, you'd think the ADDCO/progress RSB design was sh!tty as well...

The Cattman/Progress bar provides instruction to move and zip-tie the ABS line to the emergency brake line. Also, the metal saddles are rounded out to avoid excessive rubbing on any of the lines. I haven't had any problems, and I followed the guide by Olincoles here on the .ORG.

For me, there was enough clearence with the saddles in place where I didn't even have to move the ABS line. You can always cover that area of the line with a small-diameter loom to better protect it.

When I first got my Maxima, I was going to go with the Stillen since some people had parts issues with the Addco. Then Cattman/Progress came out with theirs at a nice price, so I went for that one. It wasn't worth it for me to fork over an extra $100 or so for the Stillen mainly for better looks.

If it could've been proven that the Stillen works better than the others, that would have been one thing, but since that can't, I'd rather spend that money on other mods.

Peace.

I am not sure if your car is lowered but it makes a difference if it is. The rounded brackets you spoke of wore a hole in both of my rear brake lines. Under complete compression the bracket will actually pinch the rear brake lines. I have played with the mount locations to get a desirable place that both works for desired stiffness and clearance of the bracket. Nothing is to my satisfaction.

My advice is spend the $$$ and get a well designed bar. Go Stillen.

Look at the difference!

Awesome pics. Notice how the addco dips where the Stillen goes up to fit the contour of the suspension.

Also the brackets on the ADDCO stick out as the Stillen is flush.

Thought i might as well go take a look.....My Addco bar has been on for over a year now. There is no wear on the brake lines.

Here is a view from the rear:

I agree completely. I have the Stillen bar and love it. It doesn't look like an add-on, it looks like it belongs there. It snugs up nicely to the axle. Finding just the right place for the brackets on the control arm is a little challenging. You will probably find yourself modifying the abs wire brackets to get just the right fit.
