I doubt that there are any TV Tuners that get good receptions while the car is moving. But at a stand-still, most tuners can recieve couple of channels clearly.

TV Turner??? Do you want TBS or TNT? Or do you just want the TV to turn every 10 seconds?

i think it is safe to saw that most tv turners suck that why there is cable.....I would just stick to watching DVDs in the car if i werer you. Also most Tv tuners have big antennas.

I have the Kenwood KVT-910 and I would have to say the reception is decent. I have seen the Alpine system, and I think that mine was better...

Reception is relative to your location. I have a JVC TV tuner and it gets awesome reception in the city. When I go outta town and try to pick up stations in Bumble **** USA it's not that great.

You could go with one of these:

Thanks to KVH Industries, mobile video has taken a giant leap forward. Now, the KVH TracVision® A5 mobile DIRECTV package lets you enjoy live satellite TV broadcasts in your car, van, or SUV — even while your vehicle is in motion! The package consists of a compact receiver, TracVision® antenna, and wireless remote control.
