What are the 4th gen gains with y-pipe/b-pipe?

A friend of mine has a nice, stock 4th gen and I was telling him how he can get a bit more ponies pretty cheap with some changes in his exhaust. So, I have a couple questions: 1) How much is the y-pipe? The b-pipe? What are the gains at the crank and at the wheels with each on their own and together? 2) With a stock muffler, will it be very loud with those two pipes? How about just a y-pipe?

Also, what are some other pretty inexpensive (under $200) mods that give nice gains on 4th gens? Thanks for your time.

i have budget Y and B and stock cat and muffler. gains are noticeable, and it is still very quiet.

its quiet if you have a resonated B pipe. The unresonated version will show more gains but also raise the bar on noise inside the cabin.

No, the resonated and unresonated have the same gains since the flow path is the same. All it is, is just more baffling ouside the pipe to quiet it down...

Doh! All I read was the "i have budget Y and B _______ cat and muffler. gains are noticeable, and it is still very quiet."
haha... Selective reading. Guess my brain is just looking for a quiet, but nice looking exhaust solution.
