Why is it hard to find?

Everytime I look on tires.com or tirerack.com, They have very limited selection for our stock 17" rims. There is a particlar tire i really like that has a sport tires but they don't have it the size for the maxima. Why don't they have enough selection since I don't want to go with the stupid Potenza RE92

The problem is not those stores, but just the fact that 225/50/17 tires are an odd size that not many applications will use. The tire manufacturers TRY to only make what they can sell....
