i was surfing along and found that, 15 psi boost 480HP with no nitrous. Anyone know whos car that is?

 

that shmo has been tryin to sell that car for like, a year. theres no way hes got 480HP before, or even after nitrous.

 

that car must be really fast.

 

if he was running the most boost possible through the super with a big nos shot, he MIGHT get to 480, but would need all new internals BS

 

i'm sure it's BS, he's only got an SC, no why he's pumping out that much HP, maybe it was a big *** Turbo or something, with a bunch of other mod's... but i doubt it true

 

i think its bullish, but u know some eager kid is going to get all hyped and wanna buy for the car.

24000 on a 96? hmm...

 

why dont we send some fellow maxima owner who lives close to him to see "THE CAR". i think its all BS. that car has been on ebay for sooooooo long. 1.5+ years. he changes the wording everytime. our best bet is to have someone go and see the car and then sue this guy for false bs. 11.3 down 1/4 mile with 480 hp? yea right dude. make some better numbers up

 

I live in chicago, maybe I could gather a few ORG members and we'd go to his house. You see this herd of maximas pulling up to his house. I kinda want to believe it, just because he's not on the ORG doesn't mean he's lying, probably is though. He says he has some internals done so why not...

 

I would watch out for a car like that...considering all the above-posted comments. Anyway, a 96 with only 24,000 miles? Ok, yes there are some but I would first make sure (if it's even possible) that there was no odometer rollback!

Sometimes, odometer rollbacks are done and you can tell because the numbers do not line up all perfectly as they would with no rollback. - considering that fact that a 96 SE has the old-school odometer...not the digital one.

i don't even know what that means beyond the fact that he claims the engine has 24k on it. he DOESN'T say how many miles the CAR has on it (probably A LOT), does he?

why ebay allows the mileage to be listed as 24k is beyond me.

i saw this add when i was looking for my SE a couple of months ago. didn't consider it then, and i wouldn't now (but that's JMO).

480/560 hp on a FWDriver...bet it's great as a daily driver, especially in the rain...NOT

 

My cousin has seen this car in person, and actually believed the guy, 500hp! Ha. Not on those mods. At least I got a cool pics of it. This car was located in boston, did the guy move, or was it sold once?
