The dealer wants $200 to replace the CV boots. Is this a respectable price or should i shop elsewere?

I just replaced both complete axles on my max. I got two completely rebuilt axles for 50 bucks each plus tax. (after core refund) They come with a lifetime warranty too! I don't know if you do much work on your car, but it was a pretty easy job for me. Just make sure when you pull the first axle out of the tranny, you have an oil catcher ready. I learned that lesson the hard way. Anyway, Good luck.
