putting new head unit how to take off the dash surrounding. Is it clipped and do i just pull it? Thanks

4 screws, two right above the headunit, one by the cig lighter, and then one by the coin tray. After you get those out, pull, and send me $20 via payapal

correction, 2 screws, one below cig lighter and 1 under ash tray. un hook ur hazards and all the other crap and then there are 4 screws that hold in the metal bracket thingy. ill take 15

theres a write up with pics on craigs page i think it was. one of the faq pages anyway.

Craigs page (at least I think its his) also says to remove the shifter bezel which is TOTALLY unneccesary.
Heck I think putting back in the 2 screws is unneccesary too.
I didn't and it's got no problems or rattles

internetautomar is right. i dont have any in either which makes good for quick dash removal when i need to take out my H.U. or hook up some wires to the toggle. u dont really need them

OK guys to clear this up.

The 89-91 has the 4 screws. The 92-94 has just 2. They are 2 different surround pieces.

On the top you just pull because it has clips holding it on.
