Clutch pilot bushing 95 SE

Putting a new clutch in my 95 and there is NO WAY the pilot bushing goes on the input shaft. Did I lose a stepped spacer ?
The bushing OD is the same size as the input shaft OD and there is no smaller portion of the shaft that will fit inside the bushing .....
Am I nuts ?????

Found the pilot bushing answer

The bushing is not USED !!!!!!!!!!
A pilot bushing is in the back of the crank and a new one included with the clutch when purchased. It seems that it is only used for the disc alignment and thats all.........
Crazy ...............
