Lower control arm bushing ?

check around at parts stores to see if they come loaded. back in the day we used energy bushings as a performance replacement. I believe 3rd gens could use modified 4th gen poly bushings, you just had to trim up the rears a bit. if you use poly go heavy on the grease.

Don't bother fooling with the crap we used to do here back in the day, spending hours burning/drilling out the bushings and keeping the stock arms to replace just the bushing.
Just buy a complete MOOG arm for $40 bucks and call it a day. Already has the ball joint on it too.

and a few months ago i replaced the whole control arm on the drivers side
I picked up a used one at an auto wreckers since my local pick and pull yard
only had a rusty one,the wreckers pulled it and it was about 40,
I ask...was it stuck on? he goes ...naw i just had to spray rubber eating penetrating oil All over the bushing area and twist it up and down a bunch!...(annndddd rip up my new used bushing so its barely better than my old very ripped one oh thanks professional guy)
last used one i pulled to reuse i think i hammered forward-wise and maybe got my gear puller on there and used penetrant in a controlled manner, lol
