First off I did a search and all I found was threads asking what type of bulbs are above the rear license plate.

What I wanna know is how the hell do you access the bulbs to replace them? I unscrewed the 2 bolts holding on the plastic cover(1 on each side) and after that I tried pulling the plastic cover off. It just doesn't wanna come out. It wiggles around a hell of a lot since I took the screws out, but it is held in there by something that is preventing it from pulling out. What am I doing wrong?

Also, out of all the threads I searched for, one said that it was 194 bulb and another said it was another type. Which is it?
