i was looking at my stock tip. its sucks. not big enough but i dont want the noise of an exhaust. so i was thinking bout putting on the 3 inch tip from a stock 350z, g35 couple or the one off the murano. i think they are all the same..will it fit and how do u guys think it will look? if i did it id probably saw off about 2 inches of the stock pipe after i took the tip off, so you cant see the ugly inner pipe too much..

 

I would also like to know this. Wouldnt it be louder?

 

mayb a little, but no as much as a full real exhaust. the stock tip is just on there for show..the chrome ti is removeable off the max. u can jstu pull it off i think.

 

it won't affect sound unless u cut off the stock and weld this one on, it will just change the looks, but im 99% sure it won't fit
