i think is your valve body and the preassure of the tranny is going bad(you should check it asap)

If you have to press the gas that means the tranny need more preassure to engange.

what i meant to say is that whenever we press slightly on the gas pedal ... the rpm usually go to 2500 to 3000 rpms, but with me it happend twice today that i pressed on the pedal and the rpm jumped to 4500 rpms... which is not normal

sounds like Valve body... get it checked out soon, it'll only get worse. (speaking from experience... I've had many many many transmission problems)

yes, i have a problem with my tranny...before rebuilt, i use the car like 2 days with the problem....after the tranny rebuild, they told me that the dirty of the tranny damage my VB, and just for a few miles etc. The VB is very easy to go bad, more if you have a tranny problem like that.

no no.. just get the VB replaced.. unless you drive around too much with it and cause permanent damage.. Mine drove about 10 miles on a busted VB, then had it towed to the stealership and it didn't cause any permanent problems.
