VIN ??? SOHC in my 95 GLE????!!!!

I went to CarFax and typed in my VIN. It came up with a 1995 GLE with a SOHC. How can that be possible. I thought all 95+ Maximas came with DOHC? And also, when my insurance company looked up my VIN, they said that I dont have ABS. I thought that was standard on 95+ as well, especially since it's a GLE. Any Ideas???

is there a simple way to tell if I have ABS? I looked in the manual and all it says is the basics about ABS. If when I turn my key to the ON position, an ABS light should come on if I do have it right? Just want to be sure. Thanks for the help and quick responses guys.

DOHC = Dual Over Head Cam
SOHC = Single Over Head Cam

I think you can just look at the backside of your brakes and see if you have a sensor there.

all 4th gens and up are dohc, Carfax made a mistake on there spelling or something, You can tell, just look at the silver tage under your hood, on the passenger side corner. If it says Vq30DE than its DOHC, if it says something else you dont have a Maxima
