Do camber plates eliminate the strut bearings?

wrong reason to be buying $300 camber plates.

No, they don't. You still need the factory strut bearings.

How low is too low before you need camber plates and how can you adjust the camber without camber plates. I know ours are no adjustable but is there another solution?

Ecentric or crash bolts are available from many suppliers. Problem is you gotta take the wheel off, adjust the bolt, remount the wheel, and take the alignment measurement (camber, toe, etc). If it's not right then back to step 1.

Plates make it much easier.

I know what these things do, I'm just unsure if they replace the strut bearing. If they do need a strut bearing then I'll get the JIC's.

NO...You will need your OEM strut bearings.
