will the interior of a 02 max fix on a 93 max

my friend is saling me his 02 seats have any one in the past done a swap on the interior of a 5th gen. into a 3erd gen, if so get me some details of it please.

im pretty sure that the brackets are very different. Make your own and they should fit if they are the same dimensions and all that
