01 Max VS. 93 Camry V6

I have a friend who thinks his 93 Camry Wagon

V6 is the ****. He says he smokes all types of cars. His car is a V6 automatic. I have a 2001 Maxima SE automatic. How close of a race would that be? Think the max xould take him?
