My 2k1 turns much sharper than my 2k3...WTF?

I have already ordered and installed the shorter steering stops found on my 2k1 on the 2k3. Made it better but not nearly as sharp a turn as the 2k1.

What else do you think may be making my 2k3 not turn as sharp as my 2k1. Put it this way even after the new stops were put in the 2k1 has almost a half turn extra on the wheel than the 2k3.

Its b/c the 2k1 comes standard with the 16" rim, and nissan designed the steering system for this, I think.

I looked at the control arms and saw a difference in design. That maybe it. The overall diameter of the 16" wheel/tire combo is smaller so this makes sense.

It has nothing to do with the wheels. There was a discussion about this in the past and to my knowledge, there hasn't been anyone who could change/reduce the turning diameter of our cars.

I have helped it by installing 2k1 steering stops. They are about .5 inches shorter than the 2k3 stops.

So it turns maybe 1/8 turn sharper now.
