Cheaper all season tires?

Are there any tires ALMOST as good as Conti Extremes or Sumimoto HTRs?
Looking to spend as little as possible but still get a good performing tire

Trade in your Max with a Civic, then get Michelin Pilot Spot A/S.

Seriously, why put crappy tires on a luxurious and sporty mid-size sedan?
