When you replace the bumper on your car do you only need the bumper cover and reinforcement? Some guy rear-ended my friend and he needs to replace his rear bumper, but the estimates he was getting were pretty high, so he was looking on ebay for a rear bumper, but doesn't know if the cover and reinforcement is all you need. Any help please. Thanks.

 

depends what is damaged i'd assume. if it's just the cover, then just get the cover, but if the actual bumper underneath is dented or damaged, he should probably replace that. know what i mean?
