What do you guys think......mod question

Check it out, my neighbor bought a Mustang Cobra, and well sense she always parks her car next to mine, I noticed something that I thought would be really cool on my ride, anyone who has seen a COBRA up close have noticed that the grill where the Mustang emblem is, is replaced by a cobra and well theres no grill around it to support it. But there is a metal rod, that sticks out from the frame, which holds the cobra, now what I'm thinking is to buy that piece and weld it on to our frame, take out the whole grill from the max (that would leave a big black gap, like a GTR) and place either a Nissan emblem or a GTR emblem. What do you think? Has anyone tried this??

GTR anything on a maxima =

As for the grille, I had mine off one day while working on the headlights and it looked pretty jacked up...not good at all.. looks like you hit something and you're just too cheap to replace it

I agree. have you ever taken off your grill and closed your hood? It doesn't look right. I don't think you should bother welding something like that onto your car, because you proably won't like it.
