hey i have a 93 maxima gxe. every time i accelerate to fast, it goes out of gear. this only happens when its shiftin 2 to 3rd gear tho. i was wondering what could be wrong with it. i was out of fluid so i filled it back up. its still doin it too. it sounds like its struglin for fluid but it has plenty. can anyone help me?

 

if it was out of fluid your tranny is proboly burnt and will need a rebiuld but im not an expert on autos so ill let someone else diagnose this for you

 

The fact that you said you were "out of fluid" tells me that you probably toasted your tranny...they don't like being run without any fluid. You should have it checked out by a tranny shop to be sure, though.
