Hooking up VI without Harlan switch

has anyone hooked up their varible intake manifold with something else besides the Harlan switch? i was considering trying the RSM cause it has the rpm based output. (suppose to be for a shift light i think) Has anyone tried this?

It should work. I think Sprint used a switch from his old nitrous system before he got a Harlan. Either way, Harlans suck. Get a Summit Switch from Summit.

They work just fine, I've been using one for a few months with no problems.
