My shot at diamond red/clears

Here's just one method im trying. They were cracked beforehand, but you get the idea.

Looks a lot cleaner in person.

Also, not done yet. I will be making a writeup for those interested. Going to try a few more things. Right now I'm using chrome paint for the insert, anyone heard of any spray paint a little more reflective?

diamond cut look?? u mean that clear stuff that you're suppose to cut out and replace the orange piece with?

i went to home depot to see how much it'll cost so maybe i'll do it as a weekend project and it was a light shield type thing for those floresence (sp?) lights and for a 2'x4' sheet was around 8 bucks? they also sell it at lowe's too

there's a guy on here who sells chrome paint that would be more reflective if you don't mind paying huge $$ for it. looks good though!

Looks good!!! Cant wait for the write up.
The only thing i dont like is that the normal reverse ligt isn't crome like the one you made. I definatly like the crome better, would it be possible to crome out the reverse light? just thinkin. looks hot though.

Looks real nice and clean. I just did all 4 of mine but I used the flourescent light lens. I did think about just leaving it clear w/ no insert but the bulb was ugly. They look nice and I'm happy w/ the results but yours look better imho. I've got a white max also. Have you thought about shaving the badging? I think that looks better too. Nice job! I'm interested in a write up.
