90% amoco ultimate, used to use clark premium but one station's 93 octane was such **** I got knock in the engine. Used mobile the last time and filled up with amoco again today. I'll stick with that unless there is a shell station with cheap gas around, I'll try that better MPG gas they got...

I just filled up with premium after using 89 for so long and what a difference that made. I filled up almost 2 weeks ago and after driving a few miles each day the gas gauge has finally started to drop. The mileage is excellent. I think I just might start using premium more often. It's 91 here in Iowa, where I go to college, but back home, in Indiana, it's 93. I can't wait to see how that does!

I used to fill up with Sunoco 94 here in NYC, the cheapest I could find it was 1.99 a gallon. Most places had it for 2.05 and all the way up to 2.15. I did notice that all the Sunoco's I've gone to for the past 2 weeks or so have gotten rid of 94 octane. Correct me if I'm wrong but now they have 87, 89, 91 and 93

I use Sunoco--have the Citi Sunoco Mastercard which gives you a 4% rebate every month. No brainer--when fuel is 1.799, it nets for about 1.727, roughly 5 cents off per gallon every day. Once in a while I'll get Texaco because it's conveniently located.

I use Sunoco 93 or 94 octane. If not sunoco, I'll use mobil 93 octane. Not sure if they got rid of 94 octane at Sunoco. I don't think there is a big difference or any at all between 93 and 94 octane anyways. Also I drove by Hess gas station and they were selling 105 octane at $40 a gallon or something like that. Yes I agree, you Californians got the shaft on the gas.

Not too sure the conversion, but in Canada most all Max's from the forum use Sunoco 94. The local Maxima group in Toronto is sponsored by Sunoco, so we get free gas coupons when ever we meet. But tonigth i filled it and it was .$75/Liter. with a 60L Tank.

Chevron 91. Shell 91, Exxon 91, or Mobil 91 if I just watched an F1 race.

93 at shell, was $1.99/gal for the longest time, but dropped to $1.95 last week.

a lot of people believe that the majority of gas stations get their gas from the same trucks, but those no-name places have to be cheaper for a reason. for the measly $2 more that I might pay on a fill up, I'll stick with a trusted brand.

Well... other smaller gas stations usually have it like 5-10 cents cheaper, but I used Mobil since my parents gave me a gas card. Now my dad got the Shell MC that has a 5% rebate on gas and 1% on every thing else So in the end, I'm paying the same price as the cheaper gas stations, but a better brand name
