I know for the doors you just pop the lens out with a flathead screwdriver (there's a little place on the side for this, use a rag or be careful so you don't scratch the lense) then just swap the bulbs and snap the lens back into place. I'm not too sure on the dome light or map lights or anything though.

for the dome and maps you also just pop off the plastic case. for the dome, you just push back the little metal part on one side of the bulb (you'll see it) and it should come out easily. to put a new bulb in, you just push the little metal clip back a little bit and put one end in, and then the other. for the map lights, there are little nubs on the sides that make it kind of tough to get in and out. There is a little black cover on the maplights that if you take out makes it easier to remove the bulbs. You have to use a little (very little) force to get these bulbs out, but be careful. you should see how to do it when you get it apart.
