6 Speeders with clutch howl

Mine would happen sporadically at first, and as time went on it got more consistent. I finally mastered the art of making it happen, and took it to the dealer and made them ride with me while I made it happen, and then I made the service manager drive my car while I instructed him on how to do it. He finally got the hang of it and they decieded to replace it. This was an ongoing process over 4months......alll I have to say is if they say no....be persistent.

I had this done last November. I only had about 18,000 miles on it when it became more frequent. I waited until it was more frequent before taking it in to have them look at it. They were able to duplicate it the first time. They actually put the parking brake on and then let off the clutch in first gear. Voila, that annoying howl appeared. Hope that helps.
I have not had a problem since. I now have almost 46,000 miles on the car.
