2000 SE Auto 60K

Problem: Car loses all power after about 5200rpm's and will stall sometimes when put into park. (Sometime's save's itself from stalling)

If I put the car in first and try to redline it, it will get up to about 5000-5200 rpm's and start to slow down/stumble, loses all power, and will not gain anymore rpm's. Made me shy away from addressing as a Auto tranny issue. Does this in Drive as well. Drives/shifts fine during sissy to normal driving. (other than stalling)

Will Rev to redline in park/neutral.

I want to try and fiix myself, anyone had similar symptons and can tell me where to start?

Had an SES light a while ago but problem was there prior to that.

Checked for vacuum leaks, etc.

MAF, coils, pump, O2's?

Sounds like a bad MAF sensor to me... but it could be bad coils as well. If the SES light comes back on, take it to Autozone and have them pull the trouble codes... maybe that'll give you better insight.
