I absolutly agree with you guys. I have addressed the issue at the bottom of my first post, and have asked cattman to post something on this thread. Please delete the previous messages to make the thread cleaner and more organized

 

Just so everyone knows, I've agreed to honor this deal. Cattman Performance already had the best price on earth for the best value in a Maxima/I30/I35 RSB -- you won't find them cheaper than this. As I indicated to Andrew, at this price the deal has to be turnkey for me, that is, he collects the names and $, and I get involved when and if 20 buyers come together. Just too busy to put time into this so I won't be following this thread too closely.

Obviously you'll need to trust Andrew to send him your money, but be assured that once I get the check and list of names we will quickly fulfill all these orders. The bars are physically in my warehouse as I write, so no concern about that.

Obviously you need to trust the chap you're sending money to -- you're in Andrews hands until the check comes to me -- but I'll certainly take care of things once the checks and list of names come to me.

Forgot to ask, what kind of warranty do I get? I will assume that since the checks are made out to Cattman, the company will directly ship to me, correct? I will also assume that a legitimate receipt will be included from Cattman Performance...

 

I'll answer a couple of Qs before bowing out...

By some miracle, Nissan screwed up and didn't redesign their rear suspension five times over and the same part fits all 95-03s, so its either that or the 89-94 ADDCO version.

My suggestion on the money orders (no personal checks), and I'll mention this to Andrew, is to make them payable to "Cattman Performance OR <your name>". This way, if I got hit by a truck, the checks could all be returned and you could cash them yourselves. [Just don't put "and" between the names or I won't be able to cash it without your endorsement too.]

Progress Technology provides the warranty, and its lifetime for the original owner. Cattman Performance will ship all parts directly to the end purchasers. Of course there would be a receipt. Its a group deal and by definition somewhat inconvenient, but as soon as we receive the orders it all moves forward with standard operating procedures.
