Best for one person may not be the best for someone else.

Best in terms of what? power, sound, looks, bang for the buck etc...?

 

I say buy the pieces you want, y-pipe, b-pipe, hi-flo cat (maybe), and a muffler then have a muffler shop custom make the exhaust to your spec. i.e. could change out all the piping to 2.5inches or 2.75inches. I would be a lil costly but a friend of mine did that to his Maxima. 2.5inch stainless steel piping all the way through along with y-pipe, hi-flo cat and magnaflow muffler. About $250-300, BUT it is HELLA LOUD, but I doubt there is much restriction either, oh yeah he still passes emissions. You may not even need to get a b-pipe when getting the custom piping done. It's all up to you.

I did the y-pipe, 2.75 piping, glass pack to quiet it down, no cat, Flowmaster 60 Series Muffler, nice and deep not too loud.
