Gonna try to de-haze my headlamps when I get a chance... yesterday I received my bottles of 3M Plastic Cleaner and 3M Plastic Polish.

I hear people recommend using 3M Plastic Polish, but what about the Plastic Cleaner? From the ingredient list, it looks like the main difference between the two is 3M Plastic Cleaner contains Quartz Silica (abrasive?), while the Polish contains more oils (White Mineral Oil was one of them...)

I intend to use both of them in sequence (cleaner first, polish second) on my headlamps and foglamps...
