High flow fuel pump affecting performance?

Right now I am running a 50-shot with nitrous, but I think in the future I might bump it up to a 70-shot. If I get the Walbro 255 fuel pump, will my car's performance be affected any during normal driving conditions or when spraying? I don't think they will, but I don't want to take a chance.
Thanks,
-Cyrus
