Tweater covers for door panels?

I have 2" holes in my door panels where my tweeters used to be but I dont have my tweeters. Does anyone know where I can find some 2" plugs so it looks better than just the holes. Or better yet, do you know where I can find some 2" tweeters that are made to fit inside panels instead of bieng mounted on the outside?

most tweeters come with pods that allow them to be flush mounted. I'm not sure if you can buy them seperately if your tweeters didn't come with them.
