Cat Converter - 97 to 95???

I need a catalytic converter for my 95 max, and another member has a 1997 for sale. Will it fit, or do i have to do some modification for it to work?

95-96 have 02 sensor hole in it. 97-99 have the o2 sensor in the midpipe.
So that cat will not have an 02 bung, you will have to have it made.
