Ok this weekend im purchasing a 95 5spd that is wrecked in the front and I was wondering if I could just go ahead and go with the 97-99 front bumper..Is it a direct bolt on? how about beam that's inside the bumper cover, and the headlights? thanks ya

 

It will fit (I think some people had to cut a little bit of it), but you'll also have to get the 97-99 grill. Read the FAQs

 

definitely do the entire conversion. get the bumper, grille, and headlights.

 

headlights aren't needed, only for looks...
