i want to change the filter and wanted to know what you guys all think is the best filter to use. thanks in advance.

Universal 3" cone filter from K&N if you dont like the Injen unit. Although, the flow #'s are about the same. The monsterflow is good too.

K&N RU-2820 filter. It has a 3" Inlet, the filter is 6.5" long and the filter diameter is 5".\

K&N for about $50, and should see the filter on there for the life of the car. The part # on the filter is RR-3001 (Red), RR-3002 (Blue), RR-3003 (Polished)

 

I replaced the stock Injen filter with the RU-2820. About $35 at my local Auto Zone. Seems to work very well......

 

I went with the Apexi power intake w/ the adapter.
