im really confused... i got tein and im looking for struts/shocks!! lets say i have ~$500 what it wll be great with the tein? i like three struts/shocks

1. KYB GR-2
2. TOKICO ILLUMINS
3. KYB AGX

I will personally go with the KYB AGX ( I have Maxspeed ), but apparently the illuminas are suppose to be good, but since there is no history or whatsoever on the illuminas my choice is KYB AGX all the way, if money would not be factor that would be JIC.

bad news guys... my budget its not for AGX or Illumina I might get GR-2... what do you think about them?

 

is that's all you can afford, go for it and let us know how they perform.

In the spring when I finish my handling modifications, I will be getting myself a set of Teins and a set of KYB GR-2's. This is supposed to be the best combination for looks and quality. I know a few people with the Teins and they love the ride quality, and they say the springs are almost perfectly on level (front/rear). The GR-2's are good for the money. They are like upgraded stock struts with better handling, and less bounce.

 

hey GREEK - why dont you repost "again" once the Illuminas are out and theres some feedback on them- otherwise people can only give their opinions
on the agx/gr2's

Why would you vote for the GR-2 over the AGX or Illumina. Guess you would vote for Ground Controls over JIC's too?!
