Pics of Bohmen H3 HID Fogs

Ok Here's the pics I promised. I have pics of various angles outside the car and inside the car looking out. I also show some pics of me drilling out the cap that seals the back of the housing along with a stock one next to it. I put PIAA super white dual LED's in my parking lights. They're supposed to be white, but damn if they don't look purple. I've also adjusted the right fog since the pics, so I have a good pattern in front of the car now. They almost make my factory HID's look yellow. Enjoy!

I thought of getting these but I am going to try a different set of bulbs first. I don't really want to hack up my fogs. Nice lights they match perfectly.

Nice fogs. Yeah, the purple light makes anything else look yellow. My Piaa fogs and polarg parking lights look stock after my putting on 8500k bulbs.

You don't have to hack up anything on the stock setup. They say you can just put the H3 capsule in place and put a big glob of silicone over it. I wanted to keep it as stock as possible in case I needed to change the capsule. If I convert back I just have to spend a couple bucks for new plastic caps. I really like them. I hit my remote start the other night coming out of the mall and a few guys were $hittin over the light and the color that was coming out. They asked how much they cost and where I got them. They told me they can get bulbs that color off of ebay for $20. I laughed and said not HID. They said ya xenon. I had to straighten them out on the situation. They didn't even know how HID worked.

Nice fogs. They match great. Now you need a drop and those sick @ss rims will look even better. Nice Vette, by the way...

Hey losslip, what bulbs do you have in your parking lights? I put those PIAA dual LED bulbs in and 1. they're not very bright 2. they look purple. Not happy with them. I'm looking for coilovers now so I can take her down a notch or two.

Skalberti, they are Polargs. I think you should be able to find them on ebay. Otherwise Custommax has them...

These aren't very efficient ballasts though. If your fogs are on when you crank you engine, they flicker, Where as the stock HIDS don't? What do your ballasts look like. Thanks Looslip for parking light bulbs.

Nope, mine flicker. maybe because I used relays. Not sure though. Proxenon said to not start you car with the fogs, instead wait until your car is started and the voltage is stable or adequate. Maybe my battery is on its way out, its almost 4 years old.
