Energy Suspension Control Arm bushings installed
Energy Suspension Control Arm bushings installed
This was not a simple install, unlike the Energy Suspension front sway bar bushings. It required removal of the control arms and using a torch to get the old bushings out.
I must say the improvement is great, all the wobble feelings while cruising down the highway are gone. I say if I could redo it I would go with regular OEM SE bushings, slightly stiffer than my GLE bushings and quieter. These bushings squeak too much for my tastes once the grease (provided) wears off.

No matter what anyone else says, and I feel this way because I am the original owner of my Max, wheel balance and alignment will NOT cure the shakes. And I have always been a little skeptical about the ball joints. Logically, bushings would make sense to me seeing as Nissan chose the LCS in the late 90's....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Frank: I have tried alignments and tire balances too, The stock sway bar bushings were deteriorated and hanging off the bar. I went with Energy Suspension's bushings to replace those but still had a bad shake. Next I added these. Control arm bushings seemed to help a lot.
