How to Change power steering pump belt??

So im at 120,000 miles and my belts were making some noise so i decied to replace them. I went down to autozone and picked up a couple of new belts and got the car up in the air. The accessory belt came off easy enough but i cant figure out how to get the power steering pump belt off. According to the haynes manual i have to loosen this bolt up and then loosen the belt tensioner bolt but i can't figure out any way to get a ratchet or wrench up to the damn thing without dropping the passenger side axel. In the manual it shows the thing with y-pipe and axel removed but im sure that is just for the photo. How do you do it? Man this is ****in me off. Thanks for the help

You need an assortment of rachet extensions and universal joints to get up there.

Once I figured it out, it went pretty quickly.

Although, if you still have the stock Y-pipe, good luck. It's really tight in there.

I have a budget Y so i have a little extra working room. But, once you loosen the bolt that is above the axel do you then loosen the tensioner bolt? Then you do you tighten the large bolt first and then the tensioner bolt when reinstalling the new belt? Thanks
