1998 Maxima....will post pics soon, but had to remove 02 sensor from old one and weld a spot for it in the new one, then had to bend the hangers so they wouldn't rub any. I couldn't do this myself so had a shop do it for me. I really wanted a non-high pitched noise performance exhaust, this is a very low tone and sounds great to me, so i couldn't have asked for a better one to get.

I have the apexi ws exhaust on my 97 max and it looks good. I paid 160 for total labor. They removed my right side tow hook, and it doesnt make any rubbing noises. I also have a warpspeed y-pipe, and high flow cat and it is not loud. Sounds great when at WOT though. I will take some pictures tomorrow hopefully.

with a y it'll be considerably louder....

my install cost around $50. i removed the tow hook myself after realizing it was making some noise...and i some of the hangers were slightly bent to remove additional rattling.

If you are planning to get a y-pipe this exhaust is not for you(maybe for others). I have this exhaust and when I put on the budget y after installing the WS, it sounded farty. Many people have complained (including myself) that the WS has more of a farty tone than a earthy growl.
The WS by itself sounds so fu<king awesome I could shiit myself right now. But IMO when a y-pipe is added it gets a little farty. The install of the exhaust isn't as bad as the sound. It's actually one of the easiest mods to put on the car. The only thing that you will have to do is bend the hangers(like said before), you don't want to go to long w/o bending the hanger. More than a day and you will seriously burn your bumper. It's not nice.
Just make sure that you take it to a exhaust shop to do all of the necessary mods to make it fit your car. You will be a very happy person when you get this...

don't get it there...don't let the price deceive you. adventon's shipping and handling charges come out to about $100 making the exhaust well over 430. I forgot the website that I got mine at but I think that www.morepowerracing.com has it cheaper.

you know what, i have a custom made greedy cat-back put together with a ws-exhaust w/ y-pipe and it sounds hella good. not loud, not too quiet, it sounds hella sporty.
i think my intake is actually a tad louder than the exhaust itself.
try doing the same set up i did, i swear, you will not regret it.

I was thinking about doing a different set up. What exactly did you do? What were the b-pipe, y-pipe and muffler?

You got a good deal, cause they have it listed at $475. On the other hand, Redline Motorsports in CO has it for $433 + shipping, yet, you can still get it from Adventon for $375, and for me, shipping would be $60 from CA to Delaware, making it ~ $435, or the cheapest, depending on your views.

Free shipping yes, $5.95 handling charge. It's still a few dollars cheaper than Adventon. Write each comany name on a separate piece of paper, fold them up, put into hat, shake hat, pull out a piece of paper, buy from that company.

see it with my homemade silencer. I leave it on during my daily driving and take it out during cruises with my friends and sometime on drag racing.
