fuel q's for a soon to be boosted max :)

OK, I would really appreciate some advice from the experienced crowd for this. I've tried to search, but trying to search on a couple of the biggest buzzwords in the tuner realm is extremely unproductive.

I'm currently running a zex kit with a dry 50 shot. Completely stock fuel system. I have ordered a V2 kit and plan to keep spraying after I have installed it.

I am planning on getting the MEVI and JWT upgraded ECU before running the V2.

Now I would like to know what I should do if I plan to eventually run 11.5 PSI and 75 DRY shot. Yes, I know, first I need to buy a spare motor... check.

What size injectors? Are the 370's goign to be enough? I would like to keep the PSI down to a managable level. Something like 40's under full boost w/o spraying and 60's while spraying.

Fuel pump? Is a 255 lph Walbro going to be enough? Should this be an inline or in-tank pump? I heard there were issues with the Walbro in-tank pump causing a CEL. Is this true?

How about the regulator and the rail? Are there weak points in that area that I should address?

Do I need a FMU? AFC? etc?

I'm a noob in this area so please include other points that I have neglected to mention.

Thanks in advance,
D

370's should be fine. look at hal he's running stock injectors

i havent heard any gripes about the walbro pump but maybe someone else can help you out with that question

if you run 370's you need a fuel pressure regulator to make sure you dont flood the engine. and if your getting jwt ecu you dont need any other fuel management like an afc or fuel pressure rising regulator (vortech or cartech fmu)

first if you get the JWT ecu programmed for the 370cc injectors and get a low or stock pressure walbro fuel pump you wont need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. second hal is running wet nitrous where as you want to run dry, big difference, im not sure if 370cc injectors can support 11.5 psi and a 75 dry shot of nitrous. also i dont think the stock MAF can support that much power, the stock MAF should be fine for just the 11.5 psi but that plus the nitrous will proboly max it out meaning youll need a z32 MAF

3rd youll more than likly want a AFC to fine tune the motor mainly just for the SC boost but i think the SAFC2 can hold more than one program so you could have one for just boost and the other for both boost and nitrous.

and dont for get colder spark plugs and oyu might want to have that spare VQ laying around just incase.
