Replacing Camshaft seals

Has anyone replaced their own camshaft seals (VE30DE)? I have a small oil leak coming from the front passenger side and it doesn't look like it is coming from the front crank seal. Is this a DIY job or is it best left to the Nissan techs?

Depends on your level of expertise. Have you ever changed a timing belt on any other car? Even a 4 cylinder? This job is on the higher side of the scale for difficulty. You'll have to remove most of the front of the engine. The timing chain has to be removed.

Good luck
