If your looking for some bang for the buck mods look into getting an intake, y pipe, UDP, or catback exhaust. Any combination of those will give you a noticeable performance upgrade.

biggest bang for the buck power mods are intake and Y pipe. together they'll run about $400 I think.

I would say the UDP was the biggest bang for the buck on my car especialy one the highway it made passing fun again. Put it to the floor and it has no hesitation very nice from 55 - 90

I don't have an UDP, but my y-pipe and pop charger really seemed to make a difference. The Y-pipe is $200 from warpspeed and you can get a pop charger for $50 or less (including the MAF adapter). You can also spend more on the intake, especially if you get a CAI.

I don't have a VG, but usually advancing your timing is a "free" mod if you want hp. You would have to ask a VG owner about that, though.

The aluminum flywheel is the best single modification that any 5 spd 3rd gen can get

I would say that the Aluminum Flywheel would also probably be the best gains other than a turbo , but its also alota cash. Wish i had the money layin around.

i'd say go with an intake first. that was the only thing that made me feel a diff. in power. ypipe, bpipe and muffler didn't change anything except for noise or atleast i didn't feel it.
