my antenna is fully down and won't come back up is there a way to get it to come up or is need new motor or mast?

 

is it really cold there??? it might have been frosen????? at the tip mine gets frozen and doesn
't go all the way down at times.... try somehow de-freezing the tip if it's frozen with a lighter or something maybe it'll do if not u probably need a new motor or mast ...
