headlight troubles

headlight troubles

alright i had silverstars for about 9 months so far and i was happy with them until tonight. one of them burnt out already, and i dont want to hafta put out 20 bucks to replace em every few months. just wondering on suggestions of a bulb that is just as if not brighter but that will last a year or more. thanks for any info

Silverstars last maybe a year, ppl have been complaining about there short lifespan. Nice color just short lived.

It is just not worth that, unless you are going to HIDs, IMO. I mean, I have Silverstars right now, but if they go out in 9 months, I am going back to stockies. The PIAA and Phillips are not that much brighter and they are sure not worth $40.
