Engine/Transmission flush

Hi,

I have 110k on my 1997 Max. Has anybody done engine and/or transmission flush? What is the best way to do it.

As for the engine, it's not diffiicult. Just get a Haynes/Chilton book (local autoparts/book store should have one) and follow the instructions.

As for the transmission, do you have an automatic or 5spd?
