TAking apart altezza outter

I know this was on here the other day, but it never said how to, im trying to right now, and it wont come off...i just chipped a corner... so how do you get the outter apart thanks... asap

ergh, anyone, ive tryed leaving it in for longer, rasing the temp, this thing wont come apart
