i took it to get checked cause the check engine light came on and it read multiple clyinders misfire??Then i noticed on the corner of my intake manifold was missing the gasket on the corner,and when i put my finger on it you can feel a lot of air.Also i was told it could be a throttle sensor but i don't know because the engine light come on then off.and was wondering could i try something first before i take it anywhere??

Yes, definitely fix the gasket first, then clear the ECU codes according to the FAQ. If there are codes thrown after cleared, then update us.
